Created in August 2004, EDEN is a charitable, non-profit and non governmental organization. First, formed by university students in the University of medicine of Rabat- Morocco; the association includes now 69members from different disciplines : medicine, management, computer science… the official office of the association sites at that university.

The main mission of EDEN is to encourage Moroccan youth to get involved in helping the most needy people in their community. This help consists not only in meeting those people’s basic needs ( food, clothes, healthcare and scolarity) but also their emotional needs in order to avoid their exclusion from the Moroccan society. In such way, EDEN desires to develop the spirit and culture of solidarity among all Moroccan citizens.

The EDEN family considers the dynamism, productivity as well as the generosity and devotion of its young members as its biggest wealth, a supreme way leading to the developpement of a whole nation. The role of these members starts from the conception of ambitions and challenging sociocultural projects to their final stage of realisation. Going throughout these multiple steps, members consider in a concrete way the needs of Moroccan citizens. They, also, have the opportunity to discover in a concrete way the needs of the Moroccan citizens . they, also, have the opportunity to discover professional world when dealing with the association’s potential sponsors and partners.

Actually, funds for its projects are raised by the association from individual donators and business sponsors in one hand. In the second, they are collected from special activities and events designed by the members for that ain.
